Print-to-digital delivery service Pressmart has confirmed that it is receiving funding from Draper Fisher Jurvetson and NEA IndoUS Ventures as part of a new phase of growth.
The investment package is intended to accelerate Pressmart's global footprint, expanding its global sales, marketing, and customer-support presence across 35 countries.
Servicing more than 350 print media customers, the firm's strong SaaS based e-publishing and digitisation services have earned it a strong reputation in several Asian markets.
Announcing the funding package, Pressmart chief executive Sanjiv Gupta described the adoption rate of its print-to-digital service over the past 24 months as "remarkable".
"Apart from leading international publishing houses, we are vendors to some of the most respected Global associations.
"This investment from Draper Fisher Jurvetson and NEA IndoUS Ventures - along with their combined energy and experience - will help Pressmart's amplify its global leadership position."
