A struggling British ski resort has issued a call for new ownership or investment to accelerate its development plans.
Scotland's Glencoe Mountain, which was recently saved from liquidation, has said it needs the investment for its proposed £8 million gondola installation.
When looking to secure investment, advisors at the company could potentially benefit from a secure Ansarada data room to transfer encrypted accounts and documents.
Chairman of the operating company, David Campbell, commented: "The business is operating smoothly and there are good people now in all the key positions.
"What is needed now is a new group of investors, or owners. With ambition and drive they can take the resort forward."
Optimistically, he added that the ski industry was "undergoing a renaissance", which would see more people stay in the UK rather than travel overseas.
Earlier this week, the insolvency specialist Begbies Traynor told the Herald newspaper that businesses must act early in the current economic climate if they are to avoid corporate bankruptcy.
