Leonie will be the local contact for legal, financial services and insolvency practitioners who need a virtual dataroom for due diligence processes in mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, asset sales and other corporate restructures.
Dean is one of Australia's most experienced virtual dataroom managers with more than a decade of experience in the legal and financial services sector. Before joining Ansarada, she spent seven years building and managing virtual datarooms for M&A and other corporate projects with CCH Workflow Solutions (formerly Diskcovery Information Management). Earlier, she was an information analyst with Mallesons Stephen Jaques.
