Online Privacy Statement

This Online Privacy Statement applies to your use of the Ansarada online dataroom service and websites under the domain names ansarada.com, ansarada.com.au, dataroom.com.au, www.onlinedatarooms.com and dataroom.org ("Ansarada websites"). This Online Privacy Statement is provided to make you aware of how Ansarada Pty Limited ABN 29 115 799 196 ("Ansarada") collects, uses and manages information of visitors to and users of Ansarada websites. Ansarada considers important your personal privacy and the protection of your personal information. Personal Information

In order to register to be a dataroom participant, applicants are asked to provide Ansarada with certain information that includes a company name, your name, your position with the company and the company address or, for individual applicants, your current address. Ansarada will maintain this information in strict confidence and will only use this information in connection with the operation of the dataroom service or in compliance with the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 or other statutory provision or direction of law.

Some sections of this Website may also allow you to contact us by email or otherwise volunteer information about yourself, such as your name, email address and your preferred means of communication. In addition to the purposes outlined above, this information may be used and disclosed for the purposes of carrying out or responding to your requests and other purposes outlined at the time you provide the information. We may not be able to do these things without your personal information. For example we could not respond to an enquiry without this information.

Ansarada limits access to site information by third party search engine "crawlers" (e.g. Google, Yahoo, MSN, Ask). Ansarada takes action to block access by these engines to all personal information contained in all online ansarada datarooms and the ansarada website.

If the ownership of all or substantially all of the Ansarada business, or individual business units owned by Ansarada Pty Limited were to change, your user information may be transferred to the new owner so the service can continue operations. Ansarada takes extensive security measures and uses a host of security technologies to protect personal information from loss and misuse, and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Your information is located on a secured server behind a firewall however, there are risks in transmitting information across the Internet. So while we strive to protect such information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted to us online and individuals do so at their own risk. Ansarada takes all reasonable steps to ensure that sensitive information that Ansarada collects is only accessible by authorized persons.

Changing Your Information

Ansarada will not amend your personal information except at your direction or the direction of the registered administrator of the dataroom from which you are participating in.
