When Martijn de Win of Amsterdam-based Holland Corporate Finance was looking for a data room he asked his colleagues at the boutique M&A advisor what they had used.

They told him use ansarada.

“I got good feedback from my colleagues about ansarada,” says Mr de Win. “They told me the user interface was very easy to use and the help desk was available at any time of the day.”

So Mr de Win used Ansarada for the sale of Dutch flower producer and distributor Chrysal International by Swedish private equity firm R12 Kapital Fund.

The four person deal team at Holland Corporate Finance, Maarten Wolleswinkel, Ruud van Hoek, Arjen Kostelijk and Mr de Win, also found the ansarada data room useful for tracking user activity in the different folders of the data room.

“Using Ansarada made it very easy for us to download and send the question list and user activity log to our client R12 Kapital,” says Mr de Win. “Chrysal was very involved in the sale process answering questions. There were lots of questions asked and Chrysal found Ansarada easy to use too.”

Dutch private equity firm Nordian Capital bought Chrysal, which employs about 220 people around the world and has annual sales of about 40 million euro.
