Ansarada is The Material Information Platform, the one place where businesses get ready for their next material event.

ansarada to speak in Chicago, Canberra on Ai, infrastructure

At Chicago’s Drake Hotel between July 19 and 21, middle market deal makers will gather to network and discuss opportunities and innovations that will help them gain advantage, fill their pipelines and raise potential.

The 19th annual M&A conference will also allow for buyers and sellers in the private middle market sector to share cutting-edge insights on how to take their deals over the finish line amid a seismic wave of technological change.

Oksana Goncharova, an ansarada managing director, will speak about how data and insights from more than 20,000 transactions have been used to create a Material Information Platform, fueled by artificial intelligence and machine learning that helps companies be better prepared for any material event.

“It is an irony that many companies are the least prepared when they need to be the most prepared – when they begin a transaction,” said Ms. Goncharova. “Not being prepared imposes an unnecessary tax on advisors and businesses during a deal while increasing the risk and complexity of the transactions.”

Tom Jackson, general manager of tenders at ansarada, will be speaking in Canberra at the 11th annual technology in government conference in the Australian capital Canberra from August 1 to 2.

Conference speakers will discuss information communication technology and emerging digital technology in the public sector.

“The current political climate demands that any government run infrastructure project get the best result for tax payers in the building of vital social, health and transport infrastructure,” said Mr. Jackson. “Any system that can help government and project teams run these processes with greater clarity, control and efficiency will help ensure these high profile, high value projects are run in the most effective way possible.”
