Transparent virtual data room pricing

Your data room is free to set up and prepare. You’ll only need to make a payment once your data room goes live or 90 days after it was created, whichever comes first.

“Going live” means moving beyond preparation, like launching the deal, inviting guest users, or making the project visible to external parties.

Until then, you can explore, upload, and get everything in order free of charge.

Internal users are those on the sell‑side, or belonging to the organisation that owns the deal or asset. They include company management, legal, finance, and advisors working for the seller. These are people added via the Internal (or Sell Side) menu when setting up Teams/Users.

External users are those outside of the organisation: bidders, buyers, external advisors, potential investors. These are people added via the External (or Buy Side) menu.

The total prices shown exclude GST.

You can change your plan anytime before you invite your first guest.

You can only upgrade or downgrade at the end of your contracted term.

You will be charged for additional data for the remainder of your contracted term. Your fees will automatically increase from the next billing period. View costs of data overages.

The additional data is captured at the peak usage for the billing period. Reducing the data in the room will not reduce the cost of the overage invoice.
