Legacy data rooms don’t meet the needs of modern deal makers. Rigid, inflexible pricing results in cost over-runs and unhappy customers. Charges for data and guests, limit the use of Data Rooms to enable readiness - a critical element of the most successful transactions. And, fixed pricing means advisors and companies can’t pay-as-they-grow, resulting in higher costs.

If I start on a 90 plan can you upgrade?

Yes, it’s easy. That’s the benefit of SaaS pricing - start with as little as you need and as you work your opportunity and need to add more team members and features, scale-up.

How do you define a user?

In running Ansarada the Admin specifies roles - such as user, document publisher, limited user and Admin. All of these roles count as users from the time they accept an invitation to Ansarada and have been enabled. Guests - including bidders - do not count as users.

Do guests or bidders count toward the total users?

No, guests and bidders are free. Add as many as you need.

If we add more data or guests than anticipated will we be charged?

No. One of the benefits of Ansarada is you can add as much information and data as you need.

If I decide to scale down my room will that change the price?

On a month-to-month plan, you can change plan type and user count. Billing will adjust in the next month.

Can I add features to a 90 room if I need them? 

Yes, simply select the relevant add-on pack and we will update your subscription.

Can you buy more than one data room on a subscription? 

Yes, this is why we offer add-on packs.
