Ansarada AI runs inside your data room and nothing it touches leaves. The models run in Ansarada's own cloud environment, on infrastructure operated by our cloud provider under contract. Your content is never sent to a model provider, and it is never used to train any model. Prompts and responses are not retained or logged once a request completes. AiDA answers only from content the user is already permitted to see.

A partner pastes a draft SPA into a public chatbot to summarise it. It takes four seconds. It is the single most common confidentiality failure in dealmaking today and almost nobody reports it, because the moment it happens there is nothing to report. The document is gone. There is no log. There is no way to prove where it went or who saw it.

How AiDA works
AiDA is Ansarada's Intelligent Dynamic Assistant, built for dealmaking rather than adapted to it. Four properties define how it handles your data.
It runs inside your data room. Only the specific, permission filtered content needed to answer a question is used for inference. Nothing leaves the room the way it would if a document were uploaded to a public chatbot.
It draws only on room content. AiDA uses the room content as context for all its responses, and is programmed to respond on that context alone. Keep this context contained to the data room content is also what keeps hallucination risk low. And because it runs in the room, it’s limited to responses only from your documents at your access levels – no one else’s.
It respects permissions already set. AiDA answers within the boundaries of a user's room role, Q&A role and team permissions. It cannot surface a document to someone who is not entitled to open it.
It is read only. AiDA finds and explains. It does not act, edit, move, share or delete.
Data retention and training, stated plainly
Ansarada uses a multi model architecture drawing on multiple trusted enterprise grade providers, with models selected for their specific use case.
The protections are both technical, and commercial. Ansarada maintains enterprise contracts with its public cloud providers that include provisions ensuring no customer data is retained, logged, or used for model training. All API interactions are stateless and governed by zero data retention commitments at the provider level.
The model is never trained on your prompts, your uploads, or your outputs.
Where AI processed content is stored
AiDA respects regional data sovereignty in line with each customer's configured data room environment. Document data and associated AI processed content, including OCR outputs, translated versions and extracted entities, is stored in the customer's appointed region.

The location is selected before the room is created and fixed at that point. It cannot be changed afterwards. For a regulated transaction that is the correct behaviour. A jurisdiction that can be moved mid process is not a jurisdiction, it is a preference.

The one thing that does learn, and what it learns from
Ansarada's Bidder Engagement Score is a machine learning model. It was developed using anonymous historic Ansarada data, drawn from the behaviour of bidders across thousands of deals.
Behaviour, not documents. The model reads 57 attributes grouped into 17 categories, and every one of them is a pattern of activity: how often a team logs in, how much of the room they have opened, how quickly they return to a new document, whether senior people are looking. It does not read what your documents say. No private, proprietary, confidential or strategic information can be extracted from that data.
So the position is precise, and it is worth stating precisely. No customer document content is ever used to train any model. The one model built on Ansarada history is built on anonymised behavioural metadata, and it is the reason the score is up to 97% accurate by day 7 at predicting whether a bidder will complete diligence and submit an offer.
Turning AI off
AI participation is a customer decision, not an Ansarada default that cannot be undone.
Administrators can revoke Ask AiDA for a specific team. Account owners and administrators can request that Ansarada turn AiDA off across the entire data room. Either way, AiDA continues to operate only within existing access boundaries while it is on.
What this means for a regulated firm
For firms operating under GDPR, the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, the UAE data protection regime, or a government tender requiring data to remain inside the country, three answers usually decide the procurement.
