Administrators can revoke Ask AiDA access for a specific team. Account owners and data room administrators can also request that AiDA be disabled across the entire data room.

No. Customer document content is never used to train any model. Ansarada's enterprise contracts with its LLM providers include provisions ensuring no customer data is retained, logged or used for model training. API interactions are stateless and governed by zero data retention commitments at provider level.
