Credits are used each time a guest interacts with AiDA, with usage depending on the type of request and the amount of room content processed. Answers remain limited to authorised room content.

Yes, where those capabilities are available in your room or subscription. Some Ansarada Intelligence tools are accessed separately from AiDA and do not require users to start from Ask AiDA.

You can access Ask AiDA from the navigation centre, alongside your rooms, subscriptions and available tools. AiDA is also available inside rooms with AiDA access.

AiDA is built into Ansarada’s secure room environment. It works with room context, existing permissions and deal workflows, helping users get relevant support without moving confidential work into a separate tool.

No. Data room content is not used to train general AI models. AiDA is designed so confidential room information stays protected inside Ansarada’s controlled environment.

AiDA conversations remain available in History for 30 days from the last activity in that conversation. After 30 days of inactivity, the conversation is removed from History and the underlying AiDA conversation data is permanently deleted.
