Setting up a data room with Ansarada is simple. You don’t need IT teams or weeks of preparation — you can get started in minutes.
Create your room - sign up and launch a new Data Room directly online. Our guided setup walks you through the process step by step.
Upload and organise your documents - use Smart Upload to bulk load files, and our AI will automatically sort and structure them into the right categories.
Set up your teams - create your teams and sub teams. Once your teams are set up you can start inviting your internal team members.
Set access and security permissions - for each user or group, define what they can view, edit, download, print or manage — from documents to workflows.
Send your invite - once you're ready, send your invitations to your data room.
Your data room is free to set up and prepare. You’ll only need to make a payment once your data room goes live or 90 days after it was created, whichever comes first.
“Going live” means moving beyond preparation, like launching the deal, inviting guest users, or making the project visible to external parties.
Until then, you can explore, upload, and get everything in order free of charge.
Internal users are those on the sell‑side, or belonging to the organisation that owns the deal or asset. They include company management, legal, finance, and advisors working for the seller. These are people added via the Internal (or Sell Side) menu when setting up Teams/Users.
External users are those outside of the organisation: bidders, buyers, external advisors, potential investors. These are people added via the External (or Buy Side) menu.
The total prices shown exclude GST.
You can change your plan anytime before you invite your first guest.
You can only upgrade or downgrade at the end of your contracted term.
You will be charged for additional data for the remainder of your contracted term. Your fees will automatically increase from the next billing period. View costs of data overages.
The additional data is captured at the peak usage for the billing period. Reducing the data in the room will not reduce the cost of the overage invoice.
The data room is shown in the data gauge. It can also be viewed in the Report section of the data room. This online help article will help how to view your data room size.
