Elevate Legal is a boutique law firm providing commercial legal advice and outsourced general counsel and company secretary services for growing companies.

Founded by Andrew Neilson in 2016, we build on his 20+ years’ legal and commercial experience. Andrew is supported by qualified lawyer Roxie Adam and Executive Assistant Yee Tran, with additional specialists being contracted as needed for larger projects.

Andrew has broad global experience as general counsel & company secretary for Australian technology companies listed on the ASX and the London AIM market. He has real-world experience in commercialising technology and structuring, drafting and negotiating contracts with global partners and customers, as well as capital raising, investor & public relations, corporate governance and ASX & AIM compliance.

Andrew has a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is also a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, the Association of Corporate Counsel and the Governance Institute of Australia.
