An IPO consultant & project manager with hands-on equity capital markets experience on 10+ IPO processes (including VRT, VOC, ASG, PGL, MME, NUC) in recent years. I work alongside management teams assisting them in preparing for and executing initial public offerings.

Prior to this I was a Director at PwC Sydney’s Transaction Services team and previously KPMG UK, advising Private Equity firms (including Archer, CPE, Graphite, Ironbridge, Navis, Providence, Quadrant) and corporates on ~100 M&A transactions in Australia, UK and Europe.

My sector experience is broad and covers retail, consumer, financial, media, health, education, industrial products & services, infrastructure, energy and resources.
