Mark is the head of the Melbourne Hall Chadwick Corporate Finance division, a national business specialising in valuations, independent expert reports, mergers and acquisitions and due diligence services for middle market businesses. 

In particular, Mark is passionately involved in assisting new economy businesses including SaaS, telecommunications, renewable energy, internet of things, fintech and biotech businesses as well as traditional businesses in retail, property, professional services, banking and finance and manufacturing.

Mark’s clients include ASX listed companies, venture capitalists, private companies, property developers, private businesses, other accounting firms as well as leading commercial and family law firms.
