Baton Advisory specialises in the sale and acquisition of privately owned businesses. The clients they represent typically have Enterprise Values between $1m and $20m. Baton Advisory facilitates the sale and purchase of business assets or shares and manages the process from start to finish including hosting the Ansarada Virtual Data Room.
 
Prior to establishing Baton Advisory, Mike worked in M&A and Business Broking in Brisbane. Earlier experience included, Audit & Corporate Recovery with PwC, Equity Analyst with NatWest Markets, CFO & GM roles with SMEs.
 
Mike studied PPE (Philosophy, Politics & Economics) at Oxford University, gained his MBA from Massey Business School and is a Chartered Accountant.
