I am a Partner at McGrathNicol with nearly 20 years’ experience as a restructuring and turnaround specialist helping directors and lenders of businesses in distress. I am an expert in the Safe Harbour reforms designed to protect directors whilst they undertake a business rescue and I have undertaken many successful turnarounds of both mid-size and large, well known corporates.

I am also a registered liquidator with recent appointments including as Administrator of RCR Tomlinson Limited, Receiver and Manager of the Quintis Group, and a wide range of local mid-market appointments in Western Australia and nationally.

My areas of industry experience are broad but are particularly strong in mining services, construction and engineering, agribusiness, manufacturing and hospitality gained from in-country assignments throughout Australasia, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas.

McGrathNicol is a specialist Advisory and Restructuring firm with approximately 300 people across Australia. Although well known for its restructuring work, McGrathNicol Advisory also houses the leading forensic accounting practice across Australia.
