He operates from his own business Zoltan Consulting Ltd and regularly collaborates with Andrew Schmidt of Schmidt & Co Ltd to provide boutique advisory services to clients.

Recent assignments include divestment of a multi-functional business machines company, a Last Mile Courier acquisition assessment, and a CleanTech expansion funding capital raise.
