Having spent most of my life in various aspects of Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions I now concentrate on providing these services to SME and Medium sized enterprises with a focus on exit strategies and maximising value.

Planning the sale of your business can be a daunting task I will work with you to make the transition as easy as possible. As a business broker I draw on a career as a business owner and executive leader (CEO, COO and CFO) to help you in maximise value.

My focus is mainly on the medical profession although I assist a number of businesses with an EBITDA between $500k and $10m.

I am a Chartered Accountant and Certified Business Broker and an accredited member of the Network of Consulting Professionals.
