End to end the Ansarada system is fantastic

Australian boutique advisory firm CMB Capital doesn’t have a lot of staff to help facilitate transactions.

So CMB relies on ansarada to move M&A or capital raising transactions swiftly towards a successful close.

“Ansarada has enabled us to manage up to four deals at any one time,” says Jamie Olsen, the founder of CMB. Ansarada gives an insight into what is happening on the other side of the deal as we can see in an ansarada data room what the level of activity is, what advisors are in the data room and the participation of senior management in due diligence.”

Mr Olsen especially likes the Q&A function in Ansarada data rooms.

“Q&A with Ansarada is very intuitive and easy to use, allowing us to focus on the crucial aspects of the transaction,” he says

CMB, founded in 2010 with a focus on advising on technology, digital, media and advertising companies, has used ansarada to successfully close over a dozen transactions over the past few years.

“Ansarada is quick to get a data room up and running, is cost effective and saves the pain of having to collate and organize the hundreds of questions bidders typically have during due diligence,” says Mr Olsen. “End to end the Ansarada system is fantastic.”
