Ashurst, one of the world’s leading law firms, has had a relationship with ansarada almost since the M&A data room specialist was founded in 2005.

“We decided to outsource our data rooms to a third party as it was becoming difficult to keep our in house data room solution up to date,” says Emma Forbes, special counsel and national head of the legal technology group at Ashurst. “We found ansarada soon after it started and haven’t looked back.”

Ms Forbes cites three reasons as to why Ashurst continues to use ansarada over other data room providers.

“Ansarada has a fabulous user interface that just gets better and better – it’s all about usability,” she says. “We also appreciate that ansarada responds to suggestions and is constantly trying to improve its product.”

Ms Forbes and Ashurst’s other reasons for using Ansarada revolve around Ansarada’s people and pricing.

“Ansarada has very good people,” she says. “The help desk is always friendly, knowledgable and timely. The pricing is also excellent.”
