AI technology and a number of the other factors coming into play across the markets at the moment are going to have a big impact on what we do as investment house. And as we see new products - and improvements on existing products - coming into the market, we see that as holding a great deal of positive attributes in what we’re looking to achieve as an investment house.

During a corporate finance deal, a colleague asked the lawyer we were dealing with if she had a data room provider she preferred working with; she answered Ansarada, and described it as the ‘Mac equivalent’ to a lot of the Windows platforms that were out there. Robust, intuitive, and easy to use - and as soon as we had the demo, we were sold on it.

One of the great things about the Ansarada support service is that they are always very friendly, which isn’t necessarily the case I can speak for myself at 4am on a Sunday trying to get the deal closed!
