Senior Digital Growth Specialist
Marketing / PR / Events | Sydney | Permanent / Full Time | 27 Oct 2026
We’re not looking for someone who’s planning to try AI one day. We’re hiring a senior growth operator who already uses it to find opportunities faster, run more experiments, and turn data into decisions — and who wants to set the pace for how a global growth team works with AI.
This is a senior growth role spanning the full funnel where you'll own Ansarada's global digital growth strategy across paid acquisition, conversion optimisation and lifecycle marketing.
Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, you’ll shape and own the digital growth strategy that drives new customer acquisition, eCommerce revenue and pipeline globally. AI is how you’ll do more of the work that matters, faster.
How AI changes this role: You don’t just run campaigns. You build the growth engine.
The best growth marketers used to lose days to channel reporting, keyword research, copy variations, creative tests and test write-ups. In this team, AI compresses that work — so you spend your time on strategy, experimentation and the decisions that actually move revenue.
Growth strategy:From signal to plan, fast
Use AI to surface funnel drop-offs, audience opportunities and competitor moves across your data — so you’re prioritising the highest-impact bets, not guessing.
Experimentation at scale: more tests, faster learnings
AI helps you generate test hypotheses, draft landing page and ad variants, and analyse multivariate results — so your experimentation roadmap is always full and your learnings compound faster.
Performance insight: recommendations, not reports
AI synthesises data across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, HubSpot and Salesforce into clear performance narratives — so you walk into leadership conversations with a point of view on where to invest next.
What you’ll do
Own the growth strategy and roadmap:
Experience and skills:

What you’ll do
Own the growth strategy and roadmap:
- Develop and execute global paid acquisition strategies across Google, LinkedIn, Meta and other emerging channels.
- Own channel budgets, performance targets and optimisation to drive new customers, pipeline and eCommerce revenue.
- Identify new audiences, channels and growth opportunities through data analysis and experimentation.
- Lead agency partners and hold them accountable for commercial outcomes.
- Run a structured experimentation program — multivariate A/B tests across landing pages, funnels and campaigns — to lift conversion rates and ROI.
- Partner with Product and the Growth team on freemium, activation and product-led growth initiatives, from targeting through to onboarding and conversion.
- Own landing page performance and contribute to the SEO and AEO strategy with the content team.Turn data, AI and technology into growth.
- Analyse performance across paid media, GA4, Data Studio, HubSpot and Salesforce to identify growth opportunities and recommend where to invest.
- Build AI-powered workflows to accelerate campaign development, analysis, reporting and experimentation.
- Use HubSpot power user, leveraging the platform for campaign execution, audience segmentation, reporting and automation where required.
- Partner with GTM Operations on tracking, attribution and data quality, without owning the underlying infrastructure.
- Translate performance data into clear commercial recommendations for leadership.
Experience and skills:
- 5+ years’ experience in digital, performance or growth marketing — ideally in B2B SaaS, in-house or agency-side — with a track record of owning channel strategy and budget.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Strong experience with marketing automation and CRM — ideally HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Solid grasp of SEO, CMS (Sanity.io), tracking and website management.
- Advanced analytical skills with Google Analytics, SEMrush and Power BI, and comfort with attribution and funnel analysis.
- You use LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) daily — for analysis, planning, copy and reporting.
- You prompt for real output: growth plans, test hypotheses, ad and landing page variants, SEO briefs and performance summaries.
- You’ve built repeatable AI workflows — and you know where your strategic judgement and platform expertise still win.
- You help others get better with AI, and you’re always looking for what’s next.
- Commercially driven — you think in pipeline, revenue and CAC, not just clicks.
- Experimentally minded — you treat every channel and campaign as a test to learn from.
- AI-first by default — always looking for a faster, smarter way to grow.
- A senior collaborator who influences across marketing, product, sales and agency partners.
- Takes ownership and shares the wins (and the lessons).
- Acquisition → paid, organic and lifecycle channels consistently driving qualified pipeline and new customers.
- Conversion → an always-on experimentation program lifting conversion across the funnel.
- Efficiency → lower acquisition costs and faster iteration, with AI embedded in how the team works.
- Insight → clear, data-backed growth stories that shape strategy and investment.
