Promotional period
Start time/date: 8:00 am local time on Monday, 12 October 2026
End time/date: 11:59 pm local time on Friday, 16 October 2026
For the purposes of the Promotion, each daily challenge period runs from 8:00 am to 11:59 pm local time on the relevant challenge day.
Local time means the time applicable to the entrant’s location when participating in the Promotion.
Eligible entrants
Entry is open to Ansarada customers aged 18 years or over in eligible markets across APAC, Europe, the United Kingdom, Middle East and Africa, and the Americas, who have access to AiDA during the Promotional Period.
Employees of Ansarada and its related entities, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
How to enterTo enter the Promotion, an eligible entrant must use AiDA during the Promotional Period in relation to the topic assigned to the relevant challenge day:
- Monday 12 October — Documents Summarise the key details of a document from your index.
- Tuesday 13 October — Risks Flag the biggest risks or red flags in your dataroom.
- Wednesday 14 October — Permissions Say which users have download or watermarking permissions turned on for a busy folder.
- Thursday 15 October — People Identify the key stakeholders and signatories referenced in a deal document.
- Friday 16 October — Q&A Flag similar/duplicate questions already asked in your Q&A.
Each qualifying daily challenge completed will constitute one entry into the prize draw.
Entrants do not need to use the exact example prompt supplied in campaign communications. Qualifying activity will be determined using Ansarada’s records of AiDA usage and applicable topic classification.
Multiple qualifying AiDA interactions relating to the same challenge topic on the same challenge day will constitute one entry only.
Entries permitted
Each qualifying daily AiDA Challenge activity completed during the Promotional Period will constitute one entry into the prize draw.
An eligible entrant may receive:
- One entry for completing the Documents challenge on Monday, 12 October 2026.
- One entry for completing the Risks challenge on Tuesday, 13 October 2026.
- One entry for completing the Permissions challenge on Wednesday, 14 October 2026.
- One entry for completing the People challenge on Thursday, 15 October 2026.
- One entry for completing the Q&A challenge on Friday, 16 October 2026.
Each entrant may receive a maximum of five entries into the prize draw.
Completing more daily challenges therefore increases the number of entries an entrant receives, up to the maximum of five entries.
Multiple qualifying AiDA interactions on the same challenge day do not result in additional entries.
Each entrant is eligible to win a maximum of one prize.
Ansarada’s records of qualifying AiDA activity and applicable topic classification will be used to determine valid entries.
Winner determination
The draw will take place at Level 2/80 George Street, The Rocks, Sydney, NSW 2000 at 1:00 pm AEDT on 19/10/26 using computerised random selection.
The first five valid entries drawn will be the winners of the prizes specified below.
Each winner will receive one reMarkable Paper Pure with Marker.
The draw conductor may select additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being drawn.
The winner of a drawn prize is determined by chance.

reMarkable Paper Pure prize conditions:
Each prize includes one reMarkable Paper Pure and one Marker.
Any ancillary costs associated with accepting or using the prize are not included.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
If the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.
Participation reward
Eligible entrants who participate in at least one qualifying AiDA Challenge activity will receive 30 additional AiDA prompts.
The additional prompts have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and are subject to Ansarada’s standard product terms and usage conditions.
Each eligible entrant may receive a maximum of one allocation of 30 additional AiDA prompts.
Winner notification
The winners will be contacted via the email address associated with their Ansarada account within two business days of the draw.
Winners will be required to confirm their eligibility and delivery details before their prize can be fulfilled.
Unclaimed prizes
Prizes must be claimed by 5:00 pm AEDT on 16/11/26.
In the event of any unclaimed prizes, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at Level 2/80 George Street, The Rocks, Sydney, NSW 2000 at 1:00 pm AEDT on 17/11/26.
The winners of any unclaimed prize draw will be contacted via the email address associated with their Ansarada account within two business days.
Conditions of Entry
- The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry and the Schedule and that participation in the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry and the Schedule. Any capitalised terms used in these Conditions of Entry have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless stated otherwise.
- The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date ("Promotional Period"). Qualifying AiDA activity is deemed to be received at the time it is recorded by the Promoter’s systems. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt, subject to applicable law.
- Valid and eligible participation will be accepted during the Promotional Period.
- Employees and their immediate family members of the agencies or companies directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter, businesses involved in determining the winner or winners, businesses involved in managing the Promotion, the Promoter’s distributors, suppliers, subsidiary companies, associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter. "Immediate family member" means spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
- All reasonable attempts will be made to contact each winner.
- If a winner chooses not to accept their prize, is unable to accept it, or does not claim the prize within the period specified by the Promoter, they will forfeit the prize, subject to applicable law and the unclaimed prize process set out in the Schedule.
- Entry and continued participation in the Promotion is dependent on the entrant complying with the terms and policies applicable to their use of Ansarada and AiDA, including Ansarada’s Terms and Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy. - The value of the prizes is accurate and based on the recommended retail value of the prizes, where applicable, at the date of publication. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes after that date.
- No part of a prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize, or transferable, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Promoter or required by law.
- If a prize or portion of a prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or that portion of the prize with a prize of equal or greater value and specification, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
- No entry fee is charged by the Promoter to participate in the Promotion. Entrants remain responsible for any ordinary costs associated with their use of Ansarada, AiDA, internet access or other services required to participate.
- If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, the Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner by reference to the authorised user associated with the relevant Ansarada account and qualifying AiDA activity.
- Entrants’ personal information and relevant product-usage information will be collected and used by the Promoter to administer the Promotion, determine participation and eligibility, determine the number of valid entries, conduct the prize draw, contact winners and fulfil prizes. The Promoter may disclose relevant personal information to its related entities, contractors, agents, prize suppliers, delivery providers and regulatory authorities where required to conduct the Promotion or comply with applicable law. If an entrant does not provide information reasonably required to verify eligibility or fulfil a prize, the Promoter may be unable to provide the prize. Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
- Where publication of winner information is required by applicable law, the Promoter may publish only the information reasonably required to comply with that obligation.
- The Promoter may require a winner to provide reasonable information necessary to confirm their eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize. If a winner cannot provide suitable evidence reasonably required by the Promoter to validate their eligibility, the prize may be forfeited subject to applicable law.
- If a prize is provided to the Promoter by a third party, the prize may be subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party prize supplier. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the prize or for matters relating to the operation or use of the prize that are the responsibility of the supplier.
- Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties. Nothing in these Conditions of Entry restricts, excludes or modifies any statutory consumer rights under applicable law, including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
- If for any reason any aspect of the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including because of communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements.
- The Promoter reserves the right at any time to validate and check the authenticity of qualifying participation and entrant details, including an entrant’s identity, age, location and Ansarada account information. The Promoter may also verify whether recorded AiDA activity satisfies the daily challenge requirements set out in the Schedule and the number of valid entries earned by an entrant. Fraudulent, manipulated, automated or otherwise invalid activity may be deemed ineligible.
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify participation or entries in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry. If there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter will seek to resolve the dispute directly with the entrant. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the Promoter’s decision, acting reasonably, will be final to the extent permitted by law.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss, expense, damage, personal injury or other liability suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion or accepting or using a prize. This clause does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
- If a winner agrees to participate in marketing or editorial activity relating to the Promotion, including being photographed, filmed or interviewed, the Promoter may use that material for the purposes agreed with the winner. Participation in such activity is not a condition of entering the Promotion or receiving a prize unless expressly stated otherwise.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of a prize. Entrants should seek their own independent financial or tax advice where appropriate.
- Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
