Ask AiDA: Prompt-first dealmaking has entered the chat

Part of Ansarada OS BONDI

Sell-side preparation is strongest when teams can see what is ready, what is missing and what may slow buyer diligence. AiDA is Ansarada's Intelligent Dynamic Assistant, giving teams a prompt-first way to investigate permitted room information inside Ansarada's secure, permissioned environment.

Instead of manually searching across folders, documents, Q&A and room activity, users can start with a question in plain language. AiDA helps teams identify information gaps, anticipate likely buyer questions and understand what needs attention before the room comes under greater scrutiny.

Prepare with greater clarity before buyer diligence begins

With Ansarada OS BONDI, AiDA is easier to access from the updated platform navigation. Users can open Ask AiDA from the platform experience, with AiDA remaining scoped to the selected or most recently accessed room and role.

AiDA can support key room workflows, including document review, Q&A, access and activity. Users can summarise supported documents, surface key dates and details, find similar Q&A, check who has access to content and understand what has changed in a room.

AiDA is designed for sensitive deal work. General AI tools are powerful, but high-stakes work needs context, access control and governance. AiDA is built into Ansarada, shaped by room content and governed by room permissions, so teams can use AI without moving confidential information into external tools.

Users receive support based on the content and capabilities they are permitted to access. Room administrators remain in control of room access, permissions and feature availability, while teams get AI support inside the workflows they already use.

AiDA uses intelligent model routing to match each prompt to the appropriate AI capability. This helps users get more relevant support whether they are reviewing documents, exploring Q&A, checking activity or managing access.

Designed for the teams preparing the deal

Junior and senior advisers can find answers and gaps faster. Private equity and venture capital teams can assess portfolio company readiness. Business owners can understand what is prepared and what still needs attention. Corporate teams can maintain clearer oversight across active deal rooms.

AiDA is available in enabled Ansarada Deals and Procure rooms. Permitted guests can also use AiDA, with 100 free tokens included in enabled rooms. Users can access AiDA from Ask AiDA in the updated platform navigation or from within an enabled room.

Try prompts such as:

  • Summarise the key risks in the latest uploaded documents.
  • Which key documents appear to be missing from this room?
  • What should the deal team review before buyer access is opened?
  • Summarise the key dates, parties and values across these documents.
  • Which questions are still unanswered or waiting on input?
  • Find previously answered Q&A related to this issue.
  • Who has access to this content?
  • What changed since I last logged in?
  • Which documents are receiving the most buyer attention?

AiDA is permission-aware, read-only and scoped to one room at a time. Users should verify AI-generated outputs against source information and should not rely on AiDA as a substitute for professional legal, financial or commercial advice.

The next generation of AiDA is just getting started. Ansarada will continue expanding AI-assisted workflows that help teams strengthen preparation, reduce uncertainty and keep critical deal work moving with greater clarity, control and confidence.
