Manage eligible subscription changes with more control

Eligible subscription owners can now begin supported upgrade, downgrade and cancellation request flows from Subscription Management, giving them a clearer way to manage common subscription changes inside Ansarada.

Instead of starting the process outside the platform, eligible subscription owners can begin the relevant flow from Subscription Management. Eligible upgrades and downgrades can be scheduled for the next renewal, while cancellation remains request-based and is supported by your dedicated account management team.

This reduces uncertainty and manual back-and-forth, giving business owners and corporate teams a clearer view of what is changing and when.

This feature is available to eligible subscription owners on selected Deals and Essentials subscriptions purchased online. To get started, open Subscription Management in Ansarada and choose the change you would like to make. If an option is not available, speak with your dedicated account management team.

This update is part of Ansarada OS BONDI, a coordinated release bringing greater clarity, control and confidence to the Ansarada experience.
