Instead of waiting for email reports, you can see which buyers are serious contenders in real-time, right where you're already working with AI Predict and the Bidder Engagement Score. Understand buyer engagement at a glance, without waiting for email reports.

Why this matters

Timing is everything. Understanding which buyers are genuinely engaged can mean the difference between closing a deal at the right price or watching opportunities slip away.

Bidder Engagement Score (BES) is powered by Ansarada Intelligence and looks at 57 behavioural signals including login activity, document views, senior stakeholder involvement and other strategic actions. Together, these signals build a clear picture of how engaged each buyer really is.

BES doesn’t give you a crystal ball. But it does help indicate which buyers are more likely to complete due diligence and submit you an offer, giving you an objective signal to support your judgement during a deal.

Until now, these insights were delivered via email. You asked us to see them in-product. Now they’re available directly in your data room .

What's new: Buyer intelligence in your dashboard

The biggest change? All your buyer intelligence now lives directly in your data room dashboard. No more hunting through emails – everything you need is right where you need it. We’ve also added two new reports:

  1. The Leaderboard Card gives you an instant snapshot of your most engaged buyers. See at a glance which teams are showing the strongest signals and identify who deserves your immediate attention.
  2. The Line Card reveals engagement trends over time, tracking how buyers interest evolves throughout your deal. Spot momentum shifts, identify cooling interest before it's too late, and validate your deal strategy with data-driven insights.
  3. Dash also includes additional cards for Q&A, people and document activity, giving you greater visibility into how your teams are interacting with your data room - so you can understand not just who is engaged, but how they’re engaging.

Who can access the Bidder Engagement Score?

The buyer engagement score is available to room Administrators and Viewers. This feature will only appear in data rooms where the transaction type is set to Merger, Acquisition or Divestment or Bankruptcy or Insolvency.
