What is Ansarada OS?
Ansarada OS is the secure, cloud-based Ansarada experience you already use, bringing your trusted data room together with AiDA and the tools that support your deal.
BONDI is the latest release of Ansarada OS. It is not a separate product, subscription or download.
Ask AiDA: Prompt-first dealmaking has entered the chat
AiDA is Ansarada's Intelligent Dynamic Assistant, built to help deal and procurement teams understand permitted room information faster.
Teams can ask questions in plain language across permitted documents, Q&A, access and activity to identify information gaps, anticipate likely buyer questions and understand what needs attention before diligence progresses, while keeping sensitive work inside Ansarada rather than moving it to a separate AI tool.

Updated platform navigation brings Data Rooms, Ask AiDA, Subscriptions and the Ansarada Advantage Partner Program into one persistent starting point.
This gives teams a more consistent place to orient themselves across rooms and tools, reducing time spent searching and helping multiple workstreams stay aligned.
Navigation items may vary according to product access, role and eligibility. Some areas continue to open in existing Ansarada experiences as the platform evolves.

Move Q&A forward with less manual work
Deal teams can export actionable questions using the Ansarada XLSX template, prepare answers collaboratively in Excel and upload them back into Q&A in bulk.
A review screen flags unmatched, blank, duplicate or over-length rows before anything is applied, giving teams clearer control over the import.
Imported answers are created as drafts, so the existing review, approval and disclosure process remains intact. Nothing is disclosed automatically.

Manage eligible subscription changes with more control
Eligible subscription owners can review their current subscription, schedule an eligible upgrade or downgrade for their next renewal, and submit a cancellation request directly within Ansarada.
This reduces uncertainty and manual back-and-forth. Scheduled changes can be reviewed or reversed before renewal, while cancellation remains request-based and are supported by your dedicated account management team.
