Term
Immediately on Acceptance until either party notifies the other in writing to terminate.

Fees
Not applicable. However our standard pricing terms disclosed in our Standard Terms will apply to any Subscription Agreement to access and use the Ansarada Services.

Privacy and Confidentiality
(Our Commitment) We will not disclose any of Your Content except to provide the Ansarada Pathways; or to our Authorised Sub-Processors; or where you give us written permission to do so or as required by law. We will maintain appropriate security measures to protect Your Content in the Ansarada Pathways. Where you disclose any personal information in the Ansarada Pathways we will comply with all applicable privacy laws, including as a data processor, in accordance with the Schedule (European Data Processing Terms) in our Standard Terms.
(Your Commitment) You have obtained all rights for us to handle and process Your Content in the Ansarada Pathways, as required. Where you disclose personal information in the Ansarada Pathways you agree to comply with any applicable privacy laws, including as a data controller, in accordance with our Schedule (European Data Processing Terms) contained in our Standard Terms.
Intellectual Property Acknowledgement
You acknowledge and agree that:
a) all right, title and interest in and to the Ansarada Services and Works (and any modifications, customisations, configurations and derivative works of the Ansarada Services or Works) worldwide are the exclusive property of Ansarada, its related entities and its licensors;
b) all such rights in and to the Ansarada Services and Works are not expressly granted to you and are reserved by Ansarada and its licensors and you are not granted any ownership or any other right or licence of any kind not otherwise described nor any right to obtain any source code, data or other technical materials in the Ansarada Services or Works;
c) you will not permit any third party to access or use the Ansarada Services or Works;
d) disclose or transmit any content or data contained in the Ansarada Services or Works (not including Your Content) to any third party without our permission in writing;
e) circumvent or endanger the operation or security of the Ansarada Services or Works;
f) we may need to handle and process Your Content for the purposes of providing you with the Ansarada Services and for all other purposes described in our Standard Terms;
g) Ansarada is permitted to run data analytics on Ansarada Services and Your Content for the purposes of supporting the provision and development of Ansarada Services, Works and machine learning.
Liability
You agree and acknowledge that you Ansarada has no liability in any circumstances whatsoever to any party and that there will be no recourse or claim may be made against Ansarada as a result of participating in Advisors Run Free.
