Procure two-way Q&A teams can now upload prepared answers from Excel in bulk, extending the workflow already available for Deals to two-way tender and procurement rooms — for internal review teams and bidder teams alike.
Procurement and tender Q&A is often worked through offline in Excel, especially where probity or confidentiality requirements mean internal deliberation can't happen inside the room. Bulk import lets that offline work — from an evaluation panel session or a Q&A meeting — come back into Ansarada in one upload instead of being re-typed question by question.
Teams can download an XLSX template scoped to the questions they can already see and action, prepare answers offline, and upload the completed file back into the room. A review screen shows how each answer maps to its question, flags any blank, unmatched or over-length rows, and lets users fix an answer directly in the table before confirming.
Imported answers are added as draft answers only — no workflow action is applied automatically. Every answer still goes through the room's normal review, approval and disclosure process, so existing controls stay intact.
Part of Ansarada OS BONDI 2.0, this update closes a long-standing gap between one-way and two-way Q&A, reducing repetitive administration as question volumes increase.
