Data Room administrators can now unredact documents in bulk directly from Manage Documents, giving them greater control when original content needs to be restored.
Instead of requesting support to process a large number of documents, admins can select an entire room, specific folders or individual documents, and begin the unredaction process themselves.
Before confirming, users can preview their selection and choose how restored documents should be handled — replacing the originals (disabled by default), saving copies to an admin-only folder or downloading them as a ZIP file.
A confirmation is sent when processing is complete, providing a clearer self-service workflow from selection through to delivery.
Part of Ansarada OS BONDI 2.0, Bulk Unredaction reduces manual intervention and helps administrators restore content faster when preparing for handover, archival or the next stage of a transaction.
