How Ansarada pricing works
Ansarada uses a storage-based pricing model with four key principles:
- Free until the deal goes live. Setting up and preparing a data room is free. Payment only begins when the deal goes live, which means inviting an external guest user, or 90 days after the room is created, whichever comes first.
- Storage-based, not user-based. All data plans include unlimited internal and external users. The price is determined by the size of the data room you need.
- Term-based discounts. Longer commitments lower the per-month price. Choosing 12 months can reduce the monthly rate by 50% compared to monthly billing.
- Transparent online pricing. Pricing for every plan is published online. There is no requirement to speak to a salesperson before seeing the cost.
The total cost of an Ansarada subscription is determined by two factors: data plan size and term length.

How term length affects the price
Ansarada offers four contract terms. The longer the term, the lower the per-month rate. The savings are material:
1 GB plan example:
- Monthly: $1,479 per month
- 12-month term: $699 per month
- Saving: 53% on the per-month rate
5 GB plan example:
- Monthly: $3,069 per month
- 12-month term: $1,834 per month
- Saving: 40% on the per-month rate
10 GB plan example:
- Monthly: $4,348 per month
- 12-month term: $2,599 per month
- Saving: 40% on the per-month rate
The trade-off is commitment. Once a term is selected and the deal goes live, the plan is locked for the contracted period. Plans can be upgraded or downgraded only at the end of the contracted term.
For deals with a clear timeline, the 12-month rate is almost always the most efficient choice. For shorter or uncertain processes, the 3-month or 6-month options balance flexibility against cost.
What about additional data?
Most deals choose the right plan size up front, but data needs can grow. If usage exceeds the plan limit, additional data is automatically billed for the remainder of the contracted term.
Additional data costs vary by plan size:
- 250 MB plan: $159 per extra 50 MB per month
- 1 GB plan: $249 per extra 100 MB per month
- 2 GB and 3 GB plans: $399 per extra 200 MB per month
- 4 GB plans and above: $609 per extra 400 MB per month
The data room size is captured at peak usage during the billing period. Reducing the data in the room mid-term does not reduce the cost of the overage.
If a process is likely to grow, choosing the next plan size up before going live is generally cheaper than paying for overages.

Ansarada Procure pricing

Can I change my Ansarada plan?
Plans can be upgraded or downgraded any time before the first external guest is invited. Once the room is live and the subscription is active, plan changes can only be made at the end of the contracted term.
What happens if I exceed my data plan?
Additional data is billed automatically at the per-MB rate for the contracted plan. Overage rates range from $159 per 50 MB on the 250 MB plan to $609 per 400 MB on plans 4 GB and above. Reducing data mid-term does not reduce the overage cost, since usage is captured at peak.
Does Ansarada pricing include tax?
No. Listed prices exclude GST and local taxes. The applicable tax is added at invoice based on the customer's region.
How does payment work?
Payments are made by credit card by default. For totals exceeding $500 USD, invoice and bank transfer payment are also available.
Are there hidden fees?
No. There are no per-page, per-user, hosting or setup fees. The price displayed in the quote builder is the total cost for the data plan and term selected, exclusive of tax. The only additional charges that can apply are data overages if the room exceeds the plan size.
Does Ansarada offer enterprise or multi-deal contracts?

Is onboarding included?
Yes. Onboarding, training and 24/7 customer support are included in every plan at no additional cost. There is no separate onboarding fee.
How does Ansarada compare to iDeals, Intralinks and Firmex on price?
