“Ansarada was a very secure platform.” Wendy King, Revolv.
In ground-breaking technology M&A, it pays to use a data room with an easy to use and secure interface.
So when Revolv was involved in a deal, it cast around for a data room by asking others what they would recommend.
“We were referred to Ansarada by another local company that had recently been acquired,” says Revolv’s Wendy King.
How did Boulder, Colorado-based Revolv find Ansarada’s data room?
“Ansarada’s data room was very easy to use and had fantastic customer support, 24 hours a day, seven days a week,” says Ms King. “Ansarada was a very secure platform.”
In November 2013 Revolv began selling an Internet-connected device that controls other gadgets in the home.
The device lets users control Philips Hue lights, Yale and Kwikset locks and Sonos Hi-Fi speakers.
Details of the M&A transaction were not disclosed.
