The Melton Building Society enhances corporate governance efficiency

The Melton Building Society has selected Ansarada GRC to embed an automated solution to improve corporate governance efficiency as well as provide concise and real-time reporting

The Society has historically used manual processes and spreadsheets to capture, manage and report on compliance, risk management and regulatory change across the business.

The Melton is the UK’s 23rd largest building society, with over 40,000 members and over £584 million assets. The Society is committed to best practice in corporate governance and following the UK Corporate Governance Code, issued by the Financial Reporting Council, as well as meeting the guidance for building societies issued by the Prudential Regulation Authority and Financial Conduct Authority.

Ansarada GRC will be implementing the Society’s GRC solution for compliance and risk management, alongside their sophisticated Triage PRO regulatory horizon scanning module. The solution will provide The Melton with a highly flexible and functionally rich framework to underpin enhanced GRC processes across the business, streamlining and improving efficiencies whilst embracing regulatory change and compliance.
