Uma Subramanian, CEO of Aero, began her career studying Aerospace Engineering and Spanish at the University of Michigan, followed by working on the NASA Project Orion at Northrop Grumman. She pursued an MBA at Harvard Business School, worked at various firms, and founded Voom, which was later acquired by Airbus. She left Airbus to create Aero, a business she believes can be transformative, specializing in scaling businesses from bold ideas to profitability.
