When UK law firm Walker Morris LLP was hired to help manage the 62 million pound sale of a specialist care operator, it decided it would use ansarada.

“Ansarada has a great and friendly support team who were always on hand to help out,” says Mr Duke. “The Q&A support is very useful during the due diligence process and the Ansarada deal team was able to upload the data room onto USBs and courier these to the lawyers quickly which is important when closing a deal in a short time frame.”
